Adding a Leave Request
Use the My Leave window to request time off and submit the request to your scheduler. Check and see the status of your leave request. Read comments related to the request. Click on the Add button, complete the required information, and save it. The request is sent to your scheduler.
To Add a Leave Request:

Go to Availability > My Leave.

Select Add.

Select Leave Type using the drop-down list. If a Leave Type list does not display, your organization does not require it.

Enter the Start Date and End Date. Click on the calendar link to scroll through the calendar and select the dates.

The Days in Range automatically displays the number of days. If you change the number, the End Date automatically adjusts.

The Total Hours automatically displays based on 8 hours per day times the number of days. Sync Hours check box is selected by default and is used to automatically calculate the hours.

If this request is for less than one full day, enter the Times for Start Time and End Time. Otherwise, do not enter times, i.e., it is for a full day.
Example: If you request three mornings off, enter 8 AM - 12 PM. TeamWork 5 automatically displays 12 Total Hours. If you request three days off, TeamWork 5 automatically displays 24 Total Hours. -
Type any comments related to this leave request.
