Availability Section Overview

The Availability section shows your overall availability as well as your availability at specific locations. You can use templates to create global availability and availability specific to a location. In addition, you can add availability using a date-based template or override availability for a single day. If you would like to review window examples, see Availability. Refer to the following How To's.

  • Viewing My Availability — Use the My Availability window to display the times you are available to work in any given day, week, or month. To review availability specifics for a location, select the location availability and then select Open. Or select the Templates tab and select a location using the drop-down list.

  • Adding a Template — Use the Templates window to set availability for all locations, i.e., global or one location.

  • Maintaining a Template — Use the Templates window to maintain your availability.

  • Adding a Date-Based Template — Use the Add Template window to change your availability for a specific time period.

  • Adding a Single-Day Override — Use the Override window to change your availability for a single day.

  • Selecting Volunteer Pools — Use the Volunteer window to select Volunteer Pool membership.

  • Deleting a Template or Override — Use the Templates window or Overrides window to delete a template or override.

  • Adding a Leave Request — Use the My Leave window to add a leave request.

  • Viewing a Leave Request — Use the My Leave window to view the status of leave requests you have submitted.

  • Canceling a Leave Request — Use the My Leave window to cancel a leave request that has not yet been approved.

  • Listing All Leave  — Use the All window to display all leave requests for a location, including Granted Leave Requests.
