Canceling a Leave Request

Use the My Leave window to cancel a leave request that has not yet been approved. Once it is approved, you must request that your scheduler cancel it.

To Cancel a Leave Request:

  1. Go to Availability > My Leave.
    My Leave window displays.

  2. Scroll down the window to the leave request you would like to cancel.

  3. If the leave request status is Requested, select the Open button at the end of the row.
    Leave window displays.

  4. Select Delete.
    Window prompts: Delete?

  5. Select OK.
    Leave request is canceled from your window and your scheduler's window.

  6. If the leave request status is Granted, you cannot cancel it.

  7. Contact your scheduler and ask that the leave request be canceled. See Collaboration Section Overview and Adding a Message.
