Deleting a Template or Override

When you are no longer using a template or override, we recommend that you delete it.

To Delete a Template or Override:

1. Go to Availability.
   My Availability window displays.

2. Select the Templates tab or the Overrides tab.
   The Templates window or Overrides window displays.

3. If this is a template, select the template you would like to delete using the drop-down list.
   Template window displays.

4. If this is an override, locate the override you would like to delete and select Open.
   Note: Use the arrows or date selector to change years.
   The Override window displays.

5. Select the Delete button.
   Prompt displays: Delete?

6. Select OK to delete the template or override.
