Collaboration Section Overview

The Collaboration section helps you create notifications, review and add messages and alerts, review events, and create feedback on surveys. If you would like to refer to window examples, see Collaboration. Refer to the following How To's.

  • Reviewing and Adding Events — Use the Events window to view the upcoming events in your organization.

  • Reviewing and Adding Messages and Alerts — Use the Messages window to list messages and add a message.

  • Creating Feedback on Surveys — Use the Feedback window to list the surveys your company has sent to collect information from employees. Select a survey to respond to it.

  • Reviewing and Adding Notifications — Use the Notify window to set up your profile for both global (organization-wide) and location-related messages. Receive a daily report as well as instant alerts when new schedules are published or shifts are posted to the SwapBoard. Check this email address often.
