Displaying Schedule Totals

The Totals link provides you with an up-to-date view of one year's employment for each week you are scheduled to work. It lists hours worked by location, date, and number of shifts.

To review Totals:

  1. Go to Schedule > Totals.
    Totals window displays.
    Note: The default is to display the current year for all published schedules in all locations you are assigned to.

  2. Scroll down the window to review your number of shifts and hours for the weeks you were scheduled to work in the year you select.

  3. Use the next and previous arrows or date selector to change the year that displays.
