Reclaiming Your Swapped Shift

Use the SwapBoard to reclaim a shift you placed on the SwapBoard. If it has not been claimed by another employee, you can easily reclaim it.

To Reclaim Your Swapped Shift:

  1. Go to Swap.
    SwapBoard window displays.

  2. Select in the Actions column.
    Reclaim window displays and prompts: Remove from the Swap Board?

  3. To remove the shift from the swap board and reclaim it, select Submit.
    The shift no longer displays on the SwapBoard. The shift displays on the My Schedule window and on your Calendar.
