Settings Section Overview

The Settings section gives you many tools for managing your Employee portal account. If you would like to refer to window examples, see Settings. Refer to the following How To's.

  • Editing Information — Use the Information window to view and edit your contact information and change your password.

  • Editing Preferences — Use the Preferences window to set your default home page, default calendar view, and the options you would like your calendar to display.

  • Viewing Deployments — Use the Deployments window to view your assigned work locations as well as the stations where you can be assigned to work.

  • Viewing Scheduling — Use the Scheduling window to view your scheduling parameters.

  • Viewing Credentials — Use the Credentials window to view your credentials. Not all organizations use credentials, but if your organization does use them, this is where you can keep track of effective dates, status, certifications, and training.

  • Using Public Pages — Use the Public Pages window to view and sync your schedule without logging into the Employee portal. To do so, you use the Public Pages Unique ID.
