Viewing Scheduling

Use this window to view scheduling. In most organizations, your scheduler controls these scheduling parameters. Thus, the limits display as gray and cannot be changed.

To View Scheduling:

  1. Go to Settings > Scheduling.
    Scheduling window displays.

  2. Contact your scheduler if the information needs to be changed. Review the following definitions.
    Hour/Week - Minimum number of hours per week and maximum number of hours per week
    Days/Week - Maximum number of days per week
    Shifts/Day - Maximum number of shifts per day
    Hours/Day - Maximum number of hours per day
