Settings
Use the Settings page to edit a credential and add additional information such as prerequisites and required stations. Use the Menu Button to locate the credential you would like to work with. Search by credential type or credential name.

Adding a Credential

Select Credentials from the main menu.

Select Credentials > Add.
Add >> Credentials window displays. -
Select the Type of credential you would like to add.

Type the Code.

Type the Name.

Type the External Id.
-
Select Save.

Editing a credential

Select Credentials from the main menu.

Select Settings.

Select the credential you would like to work with.

Make desired changes.

Select Save.
Adding a prerequisite to a credential

Select Credentials from the main menu.

Select Settings.
-
Select Add adjacent to Prerequisites.
Add >> Prerequisites window displays. -
Select the credential you would like to add this prerequisite to.

Select Save.
Adding a credential as a requirement at a station

Select Credentials from the main menu.

Select Settings.
-
Select Add adjacent to Stations.
Add >> Stations window displays. -
Select the station you would like to add this requirement to.

Select Save.
