Agreement Types

Use the Agreement Types link under Lists to enter Agreement information. Assign agreements to specific employees using Employees > Tools > Manage Agreements.

Adding an Agreement Type

  1. Select Organization from the main menu.

  2. Select Lists > Agreement Types.

  3. Type the Name of the Agreement Type.

  4. Type the External Id of the Agreement Type.

  5. Select Add.
    Note: You cannot edit an Agreement Type, but you can delete it.

Deleting an Agreement Type

  1. Select Organization from the main menu.

  2. Select Lists > Agreement Types.

  3. Select the x Delete by the Agreement Type you would like to delete.
    Pop-up window prompts: Delete item?

  4. Select OK.
