Position Types
Use the Position Types link under Lists to enter employee positions. Assign positions to specific employees using Employees > Tools > Manage Agreements.
Adding a Position Type

Select Organization from the main menu.

Select Lists > Position Types.

Type the Name of the Position Type.

Type the External Id of the Position Type.

Select Add.
Note: You cannot edit a Position Type, but you can delete it.
Example:
Deleting a Position Type

Select Organization from the main menu.

Select Lists > Position Types.
-
Select the x Delete by the Position Type you would like to delete.
Pop-up window prompts: Delete item? -
Select OK.
